What we collect and why

The quote form collects what you type: what the money is for, how long you have been trading, your credit position, the amount, and how to reach you. We do not run a credit check and we never see your bank statements.

Legal basis and sharing

With your consent, given on the form, we share your enquiry with business lenders and funding providers whose published criteria fit what you described. We keep a record of who we passed it to so we can tell you.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@workingcapitalquotes.com. We respond within one month.
